Now What?

Golfer dude does slot canyons as a hobby. He's asked me to go do one with him. Non- technical. Matt, from work, has been bugging some of us to go too. This is out of my comfort zone (but I've done bouldering on Mt. St. Helens) - but the landscape is so beautiful. The thought of being outdoors and pushing myself is tempting. I'm often frustrated that I don't have a hiking partner and this is a chance to get out and see something new.

The canyons are only part of the equation. Am I ready for this?
