Thank you for your due diligence and thwarting of a potential travesty. I know there were probably a lot of grumbly dehydrated passengers who most likely did not express themselves in the most positive appreciative manner. But know as a frequent traveler and American Citizen, I am grateful for your efforts. (And so were the grumblers.)
